Just a reminder that we have our HOA meeting coming up on March 18th at 6 PM at Bulldog Park. We hope to see as many of you there as possible! If you can’t make it, don’t worry! We’ve included proxy forms in each packet that has been delivered to your mailboxes. Please fill one out and return it to myself, Don or Pete.

RE: Notice of Budget Meeting

Hello Neighbors, We have scheduled a meeting for Thursday, May 9, 2024 at 6pm to vote on approval of a new budget. The meeting will be held in-person at Bulldog Park and online via Microsoft Teams.

Proxy votes may also be submitted to the Board of Directors prior to the meeting. The budget and financials are included with this letter. The Board of Directors feels strongly that the proposed budget is accurate, reasonable, and necessary in order to maintain the same level of quality and appeal that our subdivision has held since its inception. The proposed budget is based on current expenses, adjusted for expected inflation, and aims to provide for approximately 50% of our annual expenses to be carried in cash balance in any given year.

We hope to see you at the meeting and to approve a budget that allows our subdivision to continue to thrive!

2024 – February

Hello Neighbors!

Our 2024 annual meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday March 19th, 2024. Doors will be open at 5:30 pm but the meeting will officially take place between 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm and it will be conducted in person and online via Teams. Unfortunately, due to Bulldog Park limitations, our attendance for an in-person meeting has been limited to 75 participants. This is a firm number that we cannot negotiate. In order to participate, please RSVP by filling in your information using the QR Code on top or the following link to select either: In person, Teams, or Proxy. The first 75 homeowners to register will be admitted. The link for Teams will be sent out a few days before our annual meeting date. The following will be discussed:

  • 2023 Financials
  • 2024 Budget
  • Past Due Assessments
  • New Volunteers for Distribution
  • Nominations for the Board

 

Additionally, there is a vacant position on the board that has been unfilled from last year and the term of Mid Aman is also set to expire. We have thus far not received any nominations but are actively seeking volunteers and will still need to hold a formal vote. If you are unable to attend, please request a “proxy” by using the same google link in the first paragraph and one will be emailed to you.

Finally, to reduce costs of printing and mailing and to further conserve resources, we strongly encourage all residents to sign up for the mailing list at https://coppercreekcrownpoint.com/ for delivery of future notices, assessment letters, announcements, etc. Thank you for making Copper Creek a wonderful community!
